The orientation kicks off on August 17th, where students will be warmly welcomed by the university's faculty, staff, and fellow students. The President of Apex University will deliver a motivating opening speech, sharing the University's core values and mission. This will be followed by a series of interactive activities, allowing the students to get to know each other and build new friendships & understandings. In the post-lunch session, academic advisors from various schools/departments will host informational sessions, guiding students through their chosen fields of study, curriculum, and course registration procedures. These sessions will provide valuable insights to newcomers into the academic journey that lies ahead.

Day 2, August 18th, will focus on acknowledging the students with the university's extensive range of campus facilities and services. Guided campus tours will take students through modern classrooms, state-of-the-art laboratories, libraries, sports complexes, and other essential areas. The university's clubs and organizations will set up booths, offering students an opportunity to learn about extracurricular activities they can participate in during their time at Apex University. From cultural and arts clubs to sports teams and volunteer organizations, there will be something for every student's interest.

On the final day, August 19th, the orientation program will shift its focus to personal and professional development. Esteemed alumni of Apex University will share their experiences and insights, inspiring the incoming students to pursue excellence and make the most of their university experience. The university's career services team will conduct workshops on building effective resumes, interview skills, and networking strategies. Students will also learn about internship opportunities and the importance of early career planning.
