Journalism is widely recognized as one of the Best Journalism School in Jaipur (Rajasthan), with globally renowned professors, state-of-the-art labs and teaching spaces, and highly specialized facilities and areas of research.The advent of the Internet and smartphones has brought significant changes to the media landscape in recent years. This has created a shift in the consumption of print media channels, as people increasingly consume news through e-readers, smartphones, and other personal electronic devices, as opposed to the more traditional formats of newspapers, magazines, or television news channels.

About Course
Apex University's Ph.D. in Journalism & Mass Communication is a three to five-year advanced research program. It is designed to cultivate scholars and leaders in the fields of journalism, media, and communication, enabling you to conduct original research, contribute to theoretical knowledge, and influence media practices and policies.

Eligibility Criteria
Masters degree from any academic institution recognized by UGC (with not less than 55% of marks, or a equivalent CGPA and above in the 10-point scale) are eligible to register for PhD at Apex University. A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC. Applicants seeking admission after a 4-year/8-semester bachelors degree programme should have a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
